Account & Billing
You can upgrade to Pro plan from your Settings page: 1. Go to Settings → Manage Plan, 2. Click "Upgrade to Pro", 3. Complete the payment process, 4. Your limits will be updated immediately. Pro plan includes higher limits and priority support.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, you'll return to the free plan limits.

Technical Support
Your master key is essential for accessing your encrypted data. We cannot recover it for you as we don't store it. However, you can: Use the master key backup feature to store it securely, Export your data before changing devices
Yes! Your account data syncs across devices, but your encrypted templates and flows are stored locally on each device. To use your templates on a new device: 1. Export your templates from the original device, 2. Import them on the new device, 3. Use your master key to decrypt them.

No, we never sell your personal information. We only collect: Basic account information (email, name) for authentication, Usage analytics (with your consent) to improve the service, Support communications. Your prompt templates, flows, and master keys are never transmitted to our servers.
No. FlowyPrompt does not store or collect your GitHub Personal Access Token (PAT) or any GitHub repository/file URLs on our servers. These values are processed only on your device and are not transmitted externally.
Yes, you can completely delete your account and all associated data: 1. Go to Settings → Delete Account, 2. Follow the confirmation process, 3. All data will be permanently removed including: Account information, Local templates and flows, Master keys, IndexedDB data. This action cannot be undone.
